So, its has been a few years since I was into the RC Heli world. Like 10, haha. I want to get back into them, more specifically the scale side. With that being said my goal is to build a 700/800 size Uh-60 or AH-64.
That being said I want to get a controller first. (that way I can get smaller Helis to get back into
it). Hopefully I'm not opening a can of worms, but what are peoples thoughts on the Radiomaster 16S? I am leaning to Spektrum, but its hard not to consider the 16s at the price point.

I have used Futaba, Spektrum and Jeti. Over the past 8 years, it's been Jeti exclusively. It's expensive, but reliable. When you put thousands of dollars in the air, you want reliable. Core is also expensive but very good. I don't know about Radiomaster, but your transmitter/receiver setup is the ONE area where you don't want to go cheap. Spektrum would be my choice between the two you are considering.
