Since I was struggling with the limited space to install the Vario tanks from the kit (700X mechanic), I just opted for quick Vivak sheet and 2K paint. Here Pink Panther theme, later on repainted as Heli-Zermatt. The diagonal black shapes are simply made with self-adhesive black-board sheet. The Benedini sound module speaker is located inside the space below the fake turbine (where there is the head sticker), resonates very well with the two metal panels. Mainly used to untertain childrens and drop sweets at heli shows. Cheers.
Fabio, have you considered using the splicer hardware that Vario sells for the Lame? It allows you to remove the diagonal brace that covers the fake tank. I’ll get a link to a picture.
That would have been a good idea, but unfortunately for me it is a little too late. I developed and printed the two tanks with a slightly different shape. Now I can mount them without too much trouble with the mechanics.

You can modify the side frame anytime.
