Hello everyone. I am new to scale helis and i have a question regarding the powering of a Demon 3x gyro. Is it ok to feed it with the bec from the Esc throttle cable and to connect a receiver powered by an independent source of power (jeti max bec 2)? I read in the demon software that it is better to connect both feeds to the gyro and that the gyro will in turn power up the receiver.

I personally use a CC pro bec with a separate battery, the bec has 2 output leads 1 for recv, and 1 for the demon, never had an issue, you can also set the output voltage that you want with the CC link and software,
THank’s. That is the setting I am running now. 1 feed to the demon and one to the receiver.
The idea is priority to give much current as possible to the Demon (and of quality/regulated) once there are servos attached to it (high current peaks).
Receiver(s) is ´nothing' so can get current from the Demon or other source.
I'm used to redundant power both A and 6 (picture is install in progress).
I am using a BD 3x for the first time and have the receiver powered by the controller per BD.
