I like Secraft turnbuckles. If you go to the HeliCourses area and watch the Rotor setup video you should see them.

Same here,
I have imported many of them from Korea (from manufacturer). See their website for size and lenght. Exchanged couple emails with them (in english) and worked great.
Don't worry about the hole, metal is very robust.
