Hello everyone. Once again, a newbie question… are you using easily adjustable pushrods for the connection between the blade holder and the swash ? If yes, what model/brand?

Hello everyone,
Here is a video of my 4th flight. I am new to the scale hobby. Could you review the flight and maybe tell me how I can soften the "twitchy" moves. It seems to me that the main rotor has a lot of authority?
I am flying a aw139 from Vario with a Bavarian 3x. Head gain is at 75 and tail gain to 85.
