Multiple telemetry sensors
I am wanting to monitor the total mAh used for my turbine batteries and receiver batteries. I also want to utilize the JetiBox emulator in the Jeti transmitter to reset my MUI-30 to 0 mAh after charging.
I have my one MUI-30 sensor programmed to accumulate the mAh and not reset on power cycling, thus giving me a total mAh used. This is working on the test bench using E1, E2 or EXT ports.
In my heli, I have a REX-10 with the following pins used
E1 - Axon
E2 - 900NG for backup
EXT - V-Speak
10 - Turbine
9 - Lights
Is the only way to add more telemetry sensors is to add another REX-x receiver (double path) and use its E1,2 or EXT ports?
I assume the MUI-30 telemetry data can only be collected using ports Ext, E1, E2.
It doesn’t appear a MUI-30 can be plugged into a 900NG backup receiver for logging telemetry data.
What is the method for using several sensors?

Why not a REX12 with a REX3 as a satellite?
Thanks Michael. I’m told the REX3 (900) is incomparable with the DS24-II, thus I have the 900NG. The 900NG (nor 900NG?) does not have the option to configure a PIN to JetiBox/Sensor. The JetiBox/Sensor allows the transmitter to emulate thus eliminating the need to access the MUI to reset the mAh back to zero. You have to forgive me….I’m learning the Jeti telemetry features and curious of its features. There are probably many more simple ways to get to what I want. Just curious.
I meant a non-900 REX 3. On my Ka-32 I have a REX7 hanging off of a REX12. You could allocate an E port to a 7 and keep your 900.
Yes, I actually have a REX7 and did that and it works, thanks. I was just curious if there is another method. I have all of the electronics under the floor panels of the Lama and it is jammed full : )
Have you looked at the features of the Central Box and REX3's using EXT expanders for data? I believe it may offer a lot of what you require but in a simpler installation. To change at this point may not be in the cards but for future applications.
Just a thought.

The central box and V-Speak have a funky relationship as I recall.
Thank you Butch, A friend suggested the SBEC-30D for voltage regulation, telemetry and some extra ports, thanks SJ. What I have learned is if you want to push data, it has to be through EXT ports. I’m enjoying the Jeti learning curve and appreciate all the comments.
My finalized my setup:
For the turbine ECU: Two LiPo 3C 11.x volt batteries connected to the EMCOTEC DPSI Ampere dual power power switch.
The Emcotec feeds the Jeti MUI 30 which provides telemetry on the battery voltage, current and total mAh used. Then on to the Jakadofsky ECU. I do like the magnetic electronic switch.
Connected to the ECU is a VSpeak ECU converter to gather telemetry on the Jakadofsky turbine
The receivers (EX R10 and Rsat 900NG) and Axon are powered by two LiFe 3000 mAh batteries and feed through the Jeti SBEC 30 D Ex voltage regulator which has two expander ports for the VSpeak and MUI30. Power leads are attached to the Axon and receiver.
The SBEC 30D Ex provides telemetry volts, current and mAh data.
I appreciate everyone’s comments.
