First few goes with the bucket on the 530F...still learning to fly the new multi blade heli and FBL as this is all new for me! bucket strops since lengthened some to stabilize a bit more...

While every model will be different, suffice to say that initially more negative at full back stick setting to start with would be one idea in test flights at height (with bailout enabled) to ensure the ability to "re gain" some head speed on the way down if it appeared needed...nothing worse than...

ok thanks - do you know if the Align 600 box will fit straight onto a stock 700 boom (locating peg wise) and if so the does TT end up in the same place as a 700 box if say using a 700E mechanics?

If its any help for those with ready painted models, I know someone who simply added carbon cloth in the shape of the indent in center of upper fin and reported an improvement. It also worth mentioning that there is an alloy upgrade part which keys into the tail box to which the fin is then mounted...

and still sporting the scheme Skywork Helicopters here in little ol NZ painted it in!

Ed, you can raise the head height by using the head block I mentioned or a taller Align shaft or combination - neither of which requires altering the "swash driver" linkage the arrow in your image is pointing at, as you simply alter the servo to swash control rods and or grip pitch links to suit...
