I've already seen it work on a Stefan Witte rotor head. I developed it for my 700 Roban rotor head, but haven't tested it in flight yet. I'll give it a try and report back.
I've made a total of three flights with the dampers. There were no vibrations or changes in flight behavior. The dampers also show no signs of wear. In summary, they work perfectly.

I designed it in my CAD drawing program and printed it in 3D

I see how the outboard end of the damper is attached to the blade. How is the inboard damper support attached to the grip?
I do see the block inboard inside the grip. Does it have a through hole to attach the the grip axel? Have you flown it with the mod yet?
