Question, I don't fly with remote ID, since this is not an AMA flying site, will remote ID de required to fly by the FAA? or will the airspace be reserved?

That is certainly the plan. I have a timer on my phone with a count down to remind me to get out there and work on it. If i can get the interior sorted this weekend, and move to sanding and priming the outside, it feels like a tall order, but not unsurmountable. the jet ranger does not have a ton...

I love the idea. I will be making a boys trip with my oldest son, should be a nice experience for him and he is looking forward to it as well. cant wait to spend the week with him and fly some helis.

thanks for the heads up. that's a bummer. i guess i will just use an older R11 i have in house and use the loom to get a few extra paths for the 8.4V to make it to the 3X power buss. since they have it on the black cortex for fixed wing, we may see an updated product in the future maybe. option B...

Christian, i have this helicopter, i was wondering how those decals hold up? did you clearcoat over them after application? i am considering have them redone in vinyl. hoping to avoid clearcoating over the clear to protect them.
