What’s in the boxes?
From Helidirect, Fusuno scale fuselages are now available. If you’re familiar with the marvel craft brand, you’re going to like these. The first shipment of fuselages are in stock and I’m sure these are going to move quick so check them out. I ordered the painted 407 in the PHI scheme, the 407 in primer and the AS350 in primer. Shipping was fast (2) days and they were well packed. The overall quality of the fuselages is really good, you just don’t see this often. They include panel lines and small details you don’t find in fuselages of this size. They also feature opening doors, landing gear, wood work ,windows and will fit many existing 550-700 size mechanics. These kits are in a different class and simply can’t be compared to similar size fuselages. The 407 and AS 350 will get rivet detail added and beautiful one of a kind paint schemes and will be offered for sale.

Really Nice Mark
Early last year when Helidirect contacted Fun-rc, they had given up the production of their line of rc scale helicopters but fortunately for us, they had saved the molds. Because of a lack of demand during Covid and rising shipping costs and one on one orders were not sufficient to keep the production line profitable. Helidirect put up a sizable order and they accepted to reopen production. That's why in part they took so long to reach American soil. It's ironic to say that Helidirect saved the other brand we know lol. If you find similarities between the defunct Thunder-tiger line. it's no coincidence. Fun-rc has been manufacturing high-quality fuselages for a long time and had designed and manufactured fuses for TT. Now enter Mark who is one of the best professional modelers who throws his weight (no pun ah ah ah) into it and you have a dream team for us modeler's benefit. I built the whole Fun-RC line except the Koala. And many of these fine-quality fuses are begging for a dog house install. I did the 407 and Grand this way. 40 or so fuselage is not much and more of a trial, depending on response many more could come. This is only the beginning . Feedback on the paint scheme will be welcome I'm sure. Just about any current popular mechanics will do. And there are talks of updating assembly manuals. I use SAB, Takumi, and Nimbus agreeably the most suitable, affordable, and easy to fit. Align for sure but mostly dated designs I personally don't like.

Romeo, the mixing and matching of the different mechanics is fantastic. A lot of work goes into making it work. I’ve learned a few things observing what you have already done. I’m going to do a little experiments to see what I can hide in the dog house. Thanks for the tips
