Thought I share my scale 450 size Mi-35 Hind with working retracts. I have been working on this for the past 2 years, on and off. The body is a 3D printed Hind from fine scale modela. A lot of the other detail items on this helicopter was handcrafted by me.

This little beast is gorgeous!! Tell me about those blades?
Hey Michael,
They are the Blade - fusion 360 / 350 mm blades. I sprayed them Russian od on top and black on the bottom
That's is a stunning helicopter, I love all the detail! Be mindful with the head that you are using. I had the same head on my 450 MD500 and the follower link broke on takeoff causing the worst ground collision I have had. I have seen some with a modified Trex flybar linkage as follower for a more robust solution.
Thanks you Steve, and for that info.
I did go over all nuts and bolts and changed all the push rods and ball links. Had the mechanics flying with the body with the equivalent weight of the body about 15 fights already. I did have it in the body once prior of painting the body.and flew it around with retracts working. It look good. I did find a little wear and tear on the 45 raised tail belt which is not a common size of 146 mm length.
Looks great Rob.
Cant wait to see to the finished project.
