Rotor Live Meeting at Iffezheim
Greetings from Rotor Live
How to build an animated pilot
Vario 700 MD500E cockpit and scale parts
A ton of scale parts designed and made for the Vario 700 MD500E. In order to make room for a full cockpit, a set of custom cut CF sideframes is made.
Cobra cockpit
High detail Cobra cockpit made of 75 individual parts. I've designed 2 variations that fit Len Mount and Vario Cobras.
Wessex
Wessex is almost done!
Wiring under the Cockpit-floor and the cockpit is completed!
Here are some videos showing the functionality of the Cockpit.
The pilot reproduces the commands given to the helicopter.
The Arduino is used to control the control panel lights and you can be controlled directly from the radio.
Currently the LEDs light up randomly.
The next step is to read the battery voltage and indicate the charge...

Vario 1/4 scale Bell 47G3
Check out this beautiful bell 47 for sale in market place
Today I finished my trade fair model. An interior for a Vario Bell 429 on a scale of 1:5. You can probably see that I've been working with luxury interiors for the last 30 years in my previous job 🙂
The individual components can of course also be purchased separately.

New in the program from today is the interior and equipment for the rear section of a rescue helicopter (in this case an H145 from Vario scale 1:5 in real scale 1:6). As always, all cushions are printed from rubber (TPU) by SCALE PRINT.

Today I finally finished the work. Business Interior for the Vario Bell 429 in 1:5 scale.

After I took a scan from the Vario Bell 429 on Saturday at Heli-Factory I have started to design the cockpit. The customer would like to have the business version including 5 seats in the back. To get it 100% scale the frames which are running in length direction needs to be positioned a little bit closer.

I have just completed the first cockpit for the 1:4 Jet Ranger. This is exactly tailored to the Vario model. For sure it will be availble in any other scale.

Here I constructed a bubble window for the Vario AS350 for a nice customer and then deep-drawn it myself. I converted a domestic waterworks (cut out the membrane and screwed on a vacuum meter) and connected a small vacuum pump. I quickly cut the thermoforming box out of multiplex and screwed it together. I then warm the clamped thermoforming material in the oven and then quickly place it over the thermoforming model. Open the ball valve and after a few attempts, it works :-). If someone needs such a bubble window for his model, he only has to send me the door for scanning and of course dig a little deeper into his pocket as the construction including scanning is a considerable amount of time.

I still have one for today. Lama Cockpit 1:4 also with backlit instruments.
www.scale-print.de
Available from today in my store. Cockpit and accessories for the BK 117. Designed in 1:7.6 scale but as with all my items, of course available in any other printable scale on request.
