Started flying RC planes in 73 that helped me into the Hawaii Army National Guard in1979. Qualified in the UH-1 in 81. Transitioned into the OH-58 in the 90’s. Transitioned to the CH-47D in 94. Retired from my guard in 2005 after a tour in Iraq. I started RC helicopters in the mid 80’s and scale Heli’s soon after. Flying models has been big part of my life and helped in my flying career. Now I am enjoying building RC Scale Helicopters and enjoying the hobby fellowship.

I needed to find a better way to place this 28 pound model on and off the ground when there was no one around to help. Squatting down and bending over at the same time created back pain for the whole week…something I did not care for. So with this incentive, I created this. Now…no more back pain.
