Agreed - fuselage prep and cleanliness is probably 80% of the job. Make sure all defects in your fuselage ( pin holes etc ) are filled and sanded, then clean the fuselage THOROUGHLY of all dirt dust and sanding residue( don’t even touch it with oily fingers ). I firmly believe a large electric heli should have a separate battery powering the receiver. This will eliminate a possible source of glitching and if your esc/bec decide to cook themselves you will still retain servo control.

I assume the printed shaft housing is plenty strong, wouldn’t want the swashplate anti rotation link breaking.

Thanks Patrick, the fuselage was scratch built by me ( nothing available off the shelf satisfied my scale OCD ). 1/8th scale with Raptor 90 mechanics modified to electric and CCPM.
