Hello Guys,

I am working on getting the Roban Bell 412 ready to test fly and I was in the process of doing some blade tracking and I am getting some significant shaking of the helicopter. I am systematically working through each component and I already re-balanced the tail blades and they are perfect on the Koll Rotor Pro and the the main blades are all within a gram of each other, but could certainly use some adjustment, mainly to the CG.

Anyways, when I took the head off and ran it back up, it seems to smooth a little bit, but I noticed what I thought might be a slightly off main shaft and this is what I found. Let me know your guys thoughts and where I might be able to source another main shaft! Thanks.

First post on this site and looking forward to more! So just trying to figure out my way around and posting, I am not sure how the process and dialogue works yet!

After much anticipation, I have received my Roban Bell 412 back from the gentleman I sold it too a couple years ago and it has not been touched since I sold it, so it's like reuniting with an old friend and happy to have it back in my possession. I will plan on documenting the rest of the assembly here and will keep periodic updates on the other site if there is interest. There has been many threads on the helicopter, so may not be relevant. If links to other sites are not allowed, Admin please let me know and I will delete the link.

Since selling this, I have switched to Jeti from Futaba and I am waiting on the Demon Axon and I already have a REX10 that I will use in it. I will then need to set everything up and I am hoping for test flights in the next week or two.

Just wanted to share with you guys and it looks good next to the EC225 Super Puma that is next on list!

If anybody has a couple door hinges stashed away somewhere that they are willing to part with, please PM me and I will pay you for them and shipping. A couple did get broken while they were in Montana.
