I wonder if a flexible 3D filament (like TPU/Bambu filament ) printed in a strip/long template with spaced holes would work. Screws inserted into drilled holes as they are drilled thru the template spaced guide holes, glazing and body, then the template flexed and bent as you go. Maybe two screws...

Butch, FWIW, I used a metal template to space screws in the Lama’s glazing. Perhaps you already have this or another method. Tedious work and I don’t envy your task ahead. Your build story is enjoyable to see. Chapter 14

Michael, to clarify, I am able to connect the Apple AirPods via Bluetooth, however the connection is inconsistent. I was thinking another manufacturer might have a better connection protocol for the Jeti.

Thank you Butch, A friend suggested the SBEC-30D for voltage regulation, telemetry and some extra ports, thanks SJ. What I have learned is if you want to push data, it has to be through EXT ports. I’m enjoying the Jeti learning curve and appreciate all the comments.

Yes, I actually have a REX7 and did that and it works, thanks. I was just curious if there is another method. I have all of the electronics under the floor panels of the Lama and it is jammed full : )

Thanks Michael. I’m told the REX3 (900) is incomparable with the DS24-II, thus I have the 900NG. The 900NG (nor 900NG?) does not have the option to configure a PIN to JetiBox/Sensor. The JetiBox/Sensor allows the transmitter to emulate thus eliminating the need to access the MUI to reset the mAh...

I use the EmcoTEC for both turbine ECU and receiver switches in the Lama and Bell 429. They work well for me as the whole system becomes hidden below the floor when installed. EmcoTECs, for some reason, are hard for me to procure, not that I need one now. I like to keep a spare as a simple reversed...

Who manufactured your turbine exhaust as I noticed it has the heater ducts. My exhaust did not come with those.

Those are hard to come by. I use the EMCOTEC and because they difficult to fine, I bought/tested a Jeti DSM10 switch. That might be an alternative for you.

I like that magnetic side panel work up. I have the turbine and accessing the internal components is a pain. I might have to do that for ease of maintenance checks. Good idea.

Uwe, Thank you. In Ch 2 you noted “ The flow meter I use has a flow range of 0.05 -3.0 L/min and the repeatability of frequency response is +-0.5% (at the same operating condition)”. Can I assume this accuracy is representative of the total volume delivered over time? I might consider building one...
