To Legit to Quit.

Apr 25, 2026

UIH,

As most know, I have issues, many issues. Todays issue, I was hoping for nice weather however Muther Nature had a different plan BUT, All Was Not Lost. With the rain it gave the “always” time needed to get schnitz done.

With all the cool little pieces that were finished up it was time to install some stuff. I bonded on the top and bottom beacon light bases, the white tail position base, the aft DIRCM sensor pods then got to work on the cockpit IP.

I installed magnets on the center console base to hold the display on. Bonded the over head panel instruments to a piece of 1.5 mm light ply and assembled the base that will be bonded to the cockpit celling. The over head panel will be held to the base with 4 each .050 socket head screws.

I am very happy with the way the cockpit of my VH-92 A is coming together. There has been a lot of thought and time spent to build a highly detailed cockpit for this project.

It looks like tomorrow will be another shop day.

Attached are a few pics.

Thanks for cursing by,

UIH

Butch
